Justin Blass, Associate

Justin Blass is an associate in Herrick’s Corporate Department. Justin’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in connection with complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate governance matters, entity formations and securities compliance issues. He has particular experience representing clients in the sports, media, telecommunications and entertainment industries in a variety of matters, including significant M&A transactions.

Justin is also a member of Herrick’s sports law group, representing clients in the sports industry in various corporate and transactional matters.

Justin was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch since 2023 in the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.

Prior to joining Herrick, Justin worked as a corporate associate at Baker Botts L.L.P. where his experience included representing clients in several multi-billion dollar transactions.

While attending law school, Justin served at the Fordham University School of Law legal clinic, Lincoln Square Legal Services, where he represented limited resource investors in securities arbitration claims.
