Biography

Adam is an associate in Herrick’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt offerings and exchange offers. Adam also advises clients on a range of corporate governance, entity formation and securities compliance and disclosure issues. He also has experience advising private equity firms on acquisition financings and represents borrowers in a wide variety of loan transactions, including secured, unsecured and asset-based financings.

Adam is also a member of Herrick’s sports law group, representing clients in the sports industry in various corporate and transactional matters. In addition, Adam is a former professional baseball player for the New York Yankees and the Colorado Rockies.

Prior to joining Herrick, Adam worked as a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where his experience included representing clients in complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and contested proxy solicitation matters.

While attending law school, Adam served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Adam is also an opera singer and has been profiled by the New York Post and Fox 5 NY in featured news stories.
