Biography
Sarah Hamel-Davis is an associate in Herrick's Insurance & Reinsurance Group where her practice focuses on insurance coverage and litigation.
Sarah handles and analyzes complex coverage issues under various types of insurance policies and provides guidance to insurers in the commercial directors’ and officers’, financial institutions, errors and omissions, management liability and general liability markets. Sarah also guides her clients through risk assessments, underwriting consultations, drafting insurance policies, while also representing those insurers’ interests in complex-coverage litigation matters.
Prior to joining Herrick, Sarah was an associate at Kaufman Dolowich. Previously, Sarah worked with the New England Law Clinical Office, was an intern at the Superior Court of New Jersey Bergen County Justice Center and interned at a New York City law firm.
