Segregating Unvaccinated Workers? Think Twice, Attorneys Warn

Carol Goodman, co-chair of Herrick's Litigation Department and chair of the Employment Practice, spoke to Bloomberg Law about how employers can separate vaccinated and unvaccinated employees in the workplace. 

In some settings, it can be challenging to segregate the workspace. Carol noted that "More fundamentally, all workers can work together in the same place by following safety protocols, which can include allowing vaccinated workers to go without masks."
