Carol Goodman, co-chair of Herrick's Litigation Department and chair of the Employment Practice, was featured on The Brian Lehrer Show on WNYC New York Public Radio. The award-winning program spotlights experienced professionals on current events and issues in New York and around the world. 

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many employers navigating workplace safety have relied on guidance and recommendations from both state and federal government agencies. On the show, Carol discussed the most recent guidance, including the New York Health and Essential Rights Act (“NY HERO Act”) as well as New York's adoption of the CDC’s recent “Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People” for most businesses and public settings.
