Biography
Eliad is a partner in Herrick's Litigation Department.
Eliad is regarded as a highly persuasive commercial litigator and real estate litigator, who handles cases both at the trial and appellate levels. Eliad is a trusted advisor to his clients, who value his results-oriented, pragmatic, analytical approach to litigation, as well his courtroom presence. In strategizing with his clients, he strives to understand not only his clients’ objectives in a particular litigation, but also how litigation fits into his clients’ broader commercial goals.
Eliad’s clients include corporations, high-net-worth individuals and family offices with domestic and international financial interests, property owners, developers, investment funds and offshore trusts, who seek his guidance for high-stakes litigation and pre-litigation matters. He also has substantial experience advising clients who are targeted by authoritarian regimes in United States and foreign courts.
Prior to joining Herrick, Eliad was a Partner at Moses & Singer LLP, as well as a litigator with Clifford Chance LLP and Smith & Shapiro, PC. He also clerked for a United States District Judge in the Southern District of New York.
Eliad is also an accomplished guitarist and songwriter, with songs licensed nationally and internationally in numerous movies and television shows.
