Biography

Caroline is counsel in Herrick's Intellectual Property and Technology Group. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright law, and she advises clients on trademark searching and clearance, registration, maintenance and general strategy. Caroline practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Caroline holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law where she was a recipient of the Carroll G. Harper Prize for achievement in intellectual property studies, a finalist for the Tony Patiño Fellowship for public service and academic achievement and served as a Moot Court Editor and Moot Court Judge. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Queens College, City University of New York, summa cum laude, where she was Valedictorian, Phi Beta Kappa and BALA (Business and Liberal Arts) Valedictorian.

Prior to joining Herrick, Caroline was at Moses & Singer LLP, Springut Law P.C. and Fross, Zelnick, Lehrman, & Zissu, P.C.
