Biography
Andrew B. Berman is an associate in the Real Estate department where he focuses on all aspects of real estate transactional work.
Andrew has a wide range of experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings (representing borrowers and lenders) and joint ventures. Additionally, Andrew has experience in drafting and negotiating leases and advises clients in commercial landlord tenant disputes. He also has knowledge of the entire development life cycle of a project and drafts and negotiates various agreements in connection thereto.
Before joining Herrick, Andrew was in-house counsel at Kushner Companies.
