Biography
Joshua Schoch is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department where he handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters. He has significant experience in wage and hour, insurance, real estate and construction disputes.
Josh has worked across various industries, having represented companies in the health care, real estate, financial services, consumer products, electronics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical device, travel and leisure industries. He has litigated trial and appellate cases in state and federal courts. He has significant trial experience and has handled matters before several alternative dispute resolution venues as well.
Prior to joining Herrick, Josh was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
