Biography
Joshua Schoch is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department where he focuses on complex commercial litigation matters as well as real estate and construction disputes.
Joshua has broad litigation experience, having represented companies in the construction, real estate, financial services, employment, consumer products, electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical device, medical services, travel and leisure industries in connection with cases. He has litigated trial and appellate cases in state and federal courts. He has significant trial experience and has handled matters before several alternative dispute resolution venues as well.
Prior to joining Herrick, Joshua was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
