Biography
Joshua Schoch is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department where he focuses on complex commercial litigation matters.
Joshua has broad litigation experience, having represented companies in the consumer products, electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical device, travel and leisure industries in connection with cases. He has litigated trial and appellate cases in state and federal courts. He has handled matters before several alternative dispute resolution venues as well.
Prior to joining Herrick, Joshua was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
