Jermaine A. Brookshire, Jr., associate in Herrick’s Corporate Department and Sports Law Group, served as a guest lecturer in the Sports & Entertainment Law course within Southern Connecticut State University’s Master of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management Program. Jermaine discussed legal and business issues shaping collegiate athletics, including NIL, the proposed Protect College Sports Act, sports betting and other emerging developments in the sports industry. He also shared insights into his diverse corporate transactional practice.
