Biography

Holly Gladstone is a partner in Herrick's Real Estate Department where she brings more than twenty years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in real estate lending transactions and commercial lending transactions including workouts and restructurings.

Holly’s real estate finance practice is focused on advising clients in connection with bilateral and syndicated acquisition loans, permanent loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans and intercreditor agreements, and distressed loans across a broad range of asset classes, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, student housing complexes, multifamily developments, mixed used projects, industrial buildings, and office and retail buildings. She also represents lenders and borrowers in note-on-note transactions.

In her commercial lending practice, Holly has significant experience with recurring monthly revenue (RMR) loans in the home security and medical monitoring industries and with asset-based loans and cash flow loans in a broad range of industries.

Her clients include national banks, regional banks, other financial institutions, non-bank lenders, closely held companies and public companies.

In 2023, Holly was featured in a New York Real Estate Journal Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight which recognizes prominent women working in the New York real estate industry.  Holly was recognized by Best Lawyers in America© since 2022 in the area of Banking and Finance Law and since 2023 in Real Estate Law. 

Holly previously practiced at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC for 15 years. Holly began her career as an associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins LLP's New York office.
