Liz Holtzman appeared on MSNBC’s Weekends with Alex Witt, discussing the release of a Republican memo that purports to discredit the FBI's Russia probe on a party-line basis. She explained that during Watergate, the FBI, House Judiciary Committee and the Senate worked to investigate as a bipartisan effort, but in this situation, Republican-led congress attempted to obstruct the investigation. Holtzman stressed that, “when you attack that system irresponsibly, you’re undermining the ability of the United States in the future to get warrants.”
