Methodology
In correspondence with the award’s criteria, GlobeSt.com's senior editors diligently review all nominations without bias in order to present a categorized shortlist of the industry’s top female professionals to our esteemed advisory board. The judges then evaluate the winners to select one stand out Woman of the Year from each nomination category.
