Belinda G. Schwartz, chair of Herrick's Real Estate Department, was named to the Crain's New York Business 2021 listing of Notable Women in Law. Crain's selected 103 women for the 2021 list. Each woman was selected for her professional achievements, pro bono work, or involvement in industry and community organizations.
Crain's states, "Belinda Schwartz emerged as a savior this year for many of her clients, helping them deal with the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic on their real estate transactions, development projects, workouts and restructurings, loans and leases."
