American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division CLE: Client Communication in Transactional Practices
Associate in Herrick's Corporate department and Sports Law group, Jermaine A. Brookshire, Jr., will co-present a virtual CLE program sponsored by the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, titled “Client Communication in Transactional Practices: Expectations, Challenges, and Practical Strategies.”
In the field of transactional law, attorneys must skillfully navigate the complexities of fast-paced deals while managing consistently high expectations from clients and partners alongside a constant influx of information. In this CLE program, attendees will learn practical strategies to effectively address common communication challenges in transactional practices, as well as techniques and best practices to ensure that all parties are aligned throughout any transaction. Additionally, this program will highlight the importance of maintaining professional standards and ethical practices while prioritizing personal well-being.
