Carol Goodman Elected to Herrick’s Executive Committee

Herrick is pleased to announce that Carol Goodman has been elected to the firm’s Executive Committee, effective March 1, 2022. Herrick’s Executive Committee plays a critical role in strategic planning and decision-making for the firm.

Carol brings her skills and experience as a litigator, employment lawyer and 25 year veteran of Herrick to the committee. She is currently co-chair of the Litigation Department and heads the firm’s employment practice group, advising public and private companies through various industries such as government, sports, multi-media, real estate, finance, hospitality and the arts.

Carol was named in Crain's New York Business 2022 Notable Women in Law, highlighting her work in navigating companies through the difficult employment issues posed by the pandemic. Carol has been frequently quoted by major media outlets such as The New York Times, Bloomberg, CBS, CNBC, Law360, Newsday, The National Law Journal, Corporate Counsel, among others and has also appeared as a legal expert on WNYC’s The Bryan Lehrer Show, and SiriusXM Radio’s Wharton Business Daily with Dan Loney.
