Cathleen K. Hung, Associate

Cathleen K. Hung is an associate in Herrick's real estate department where she concentrates on real estate and cooperative and condominium law.

Cathleen focuses on the representation and counseling of cooperative and condominium boards in a wide variety of issues, including licensing agreements with neighboring properties, contracts for major capital improvement projects, review of trust agreements for transfers into trust ownership and refinancing. She also leads clients through the sale and purchase process for  cooperative/condominium apartments and single-family homes throughout New York City, Nassau and Suffolk County.

Cathleen is fluent in Cantonese.
