Biography
Rachel Ginzburg is an associate in Herrick's Restructuring & Finance Litigation Department. She focuses on complex commercial litigation and corporate restructuring. Her litigation practice includes contract disputes, financial restructuring litigation and insurance-related matters. In corporate restructuring, Rachel focuses on Chapter 11 cases as well as real estate restructurings and workouts.
Rachel's clients include public and privately held companies, commercial debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, receivers, commercial landlords, real estate investors, and official and ad-hoc creditor committees.
Prior to re-joining Herrick, Rachel clerked in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Previously, she was a law clerk in the Appellate Division of New Jersey and in the Chancery Division of New Jersey.
