Rachel H. Ginzburg, Associate

Rachel Ginzburg is an associate in Herrick’s Finance Litigation & Restructuring Department. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters.

Prior to re-joining Herrick, Rachel was a law clerk for the Honorable John L. Badalamenti of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Previously, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Susan L. Reisner of the Appellate Division of New Jersey and a law clerk for the Honorable Ann G. McCormick of the Chancery Division of New Jersey.
