Biography
Jenna B. Levy is a partner in Herrick's Corporate Department.
Jenna is a technology transactions specialist with experience advising clients on complex transactional and commercial matters related to technology, intellectual property and media. Her experience includes assisting clients in negotiating and drafting agreements involving the development and commercialization of new products and technologies, technology and services procurement, software licenses (including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS services and related service-level and support arrangements), manufacturing and supply relationships, complex collaborations, strategic investments, joint ventures, development and consulting engagements and acquisitions. She also counsels clients that are developing, or navigating issues around the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning based solutions.
In addition, Jenna has significant experience working with and opposite leading vendors in multifaceted and complex agreements for services deployed on a national and international systems, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. She regularly advises clients with regard to cutting edge issues involving technology licensing and has extensive experience working with virtual currency-related start-up and fintech ventures, including corporate, banking and regulatory matters. She has advised clients with respect to matters of corporate governance, compliance, and risk and liability allocation as well.
Jenna has advised clients on a wide variety of data center transactions, representing both data center operators and customers of all sizes. She has worked with cloud service providers, data center investors and customers on the many technical and legal issues involved in utilizing data centers, moving extensive data sets into storage, licensing digital infrastructure services and entering into colocation agreements, in addition to counseling data center operators on complex commercial transactions with hyperscalers and other customers.
