Touro Law’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society will host a virtual conversation with Chris Pham and Jermaine Brookshire Jr. exploring the sports-law practice, the evolving name, image, and likeness (NIL) landscape, and career opportunities in the sports industry. The discussion will cover their experiences representing sports-industry clients, the relationship between a corporate practice and sports law, and practical advice for students interested in entering the field.
