Biography
Remy Lotero is an associate in Herrick's Corporate Department. His practice focuses on the representation of direct lenders, financial institutions, commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, restructurings and other complex lending transactions.
Prior to joining Herrick, Remy was an associate in White & Case LLP's Debt Finance Practice.
