IMN 2nd Annual Distressed CRE Forum (East)
The executive chair of Herrick and co-chair of the powerhouse Real Estate Department, Belinda Schwartz, and partner and co-chair of Real Estate Finance, Holly Gladstone, spoke on separate panels at IMN's 2nd Annual Distressed CRE Forum (East).
Belinda moderated a panel titled, "Distressed Opportunities Across Different Asset Classes." This panel discussed where opportunities lie in September 2024, what asset classes and markets are receiving the most financing, what a net lease workout looks like (or a TIC, EB-5, syndicated building or other multi-owner structure) and many other very important topics.
