Belinda Schwartz was quoted in Real Estate Weekly regarding the panel discussion she moderated at the publication’s Women’s Forum event titled “The Outer Boroughs: The Live, Work and Play Boom.” Schwartz told the audience that Brooklyn has not hit its population peak and still provides ample opportunities for real estate development. “If it were its own city, Brooklyn would be the fourth-largest city in the country,” Schwartz said. “Brooklyn isn’t at its population peak. In 1950, Brooklyn had 150,000 more residents, so clearly it has power to grow more.”
