Nonprofits Should Address Real Estate Expenses Now, Experts Say
Real estate partner, Patrick O'Sullivan, was recently quoted in an article by Chronicle of Philanthropy discussing the options and planning needed for not-for-profit organizations in 2020.
When discussing the options for non-profits that own their own buildings, Patrick discussed how the process to decide how to plan for the future of an organization can take some time, as the article states Patrick mentioned that, "now isn’t the right time to sell, but nonprofits that may need to shed property should start getting ready."
Patrick is quoted as saying, "These efforts can take a significant amount of time, you don’t want miss that next window."
