Herrick counsel, Barry Werbin, spoke to Law360 where he discussed a New York federal judge's refusal to grant PharmacyChecker.com's appeal to revive its federal antitrust claim accusing several pharmaceutical associations of conspiring to keep it out of the industry.

As Counsel for Center for Safe Internet Pharmacies, Barry noted that the ruling makes clear that the center and two of the other groups have now fully ducked the litigation.
