Biography
Joshua Reichek is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters.
Joshua has broad litigation experience, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, M&A litigation, breach of contract issues and other commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Herrick, Joshua was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. During law school, Joshua served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Nicholas G. Garaufis in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and as Articles Editor for the George Washington International Law Review.
