Biography
Jesse Rabinowitz is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. He has extensive experience representing owners, developers and lenders over a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions, including construction access and development, acquisitions & dispositions, complex commercial real estate financings, joint ventures, commercial leasing and ground leases.
Jesse has a formidable background in the area of real estate development, insurance and construction law, advising clients through all phases of the development process, beginning prior to acquisition through project completion, including construction contracts, risk management, neighboring property construction license agreements, and insurance and indemnification agreements. Jesse works closely with real estate developers to maximize efficiencies in construction cost and performance.
Jesse has significant experience representing purchasers and sellers of commercial, industrial and residential properties, as well as a wide range of prominent landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leases across the U.S, including a number of large financial institutions.
Prior to joining Herrick, Jesse practiced in the Real Estate Department of Kane Kessler, P.C.
