The article discusses the potential far-reaching precedent for this verdict, which could threaten the "underlying aspects of the NFL’s business -- and media rights strategies across sports."
“The NFL is uniquely socialized in how its ownership shares TV revenues, which obviously has positive effects on competitive balance, but all the other leagues need to be wary of antitrust implications,” said Irwin.
