Irwin Kishner, co-chair of Herrick's Sports Law Group, was quoted in Front Office Sports in an article addressing the groundbreaking NCAA Transfer Rule. Kishner noted that the rule "gives players more control over their own destiny… and to hopefully capitalize on some of the economic value that they’re bringing to these programs."
