Biography
Hunter Waters is an associate in Herrick's Restructuring & Finance Litigation Department where he focuses on complex commercial litigation. His experience includes antitrust law, bankruptcy-related litigation and other commercial business disputes across a range of industries including healthcare, real estate and financial services.
Prior to joining Herrick, Hunter was an associate at Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP. Additionally, Hunter served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Jennifer L. Attrep in the New Mexico Court of Appeals.
