YMBA Real Estate Roundtables

Herrick hosted and co-sponsored the Young Mortgage Bankers Association (YMBA) for an evening of networking and discussion surrounding the current trends in real estate. The three sessions focused on Opportunity Zones, the effect Amazon will have on Long Island City and emerging technology's impact on the real estate industry. The evening featured a variety of speakers, including Herrick's Patrick O'Sullivan and Morris DeFeo who both spoke on Opportunity Zones. Board member and Herrick partner Mike Smith gave the welcoming address.
