Structuring Financeable Ground Leases and Leasehold Mortgages

The course covered topics such as how to manage the increased competition among owners, lessees and lenders while trying to create a financeable ground lease; the process of drafting and negotiating a financeable ground lease addressing key provisions that balance the interests of the owner, lessee and lender; and the leasehold mortgage and issues presented by leasehold financing.
