Chair of Herrick's Real Estate Department, Belinda Schwartz, led Commercial Observer's Opening Keynote titled, "Analyzing the Numbers: Programs Fueling Net Job Gains to Restore a Pre-pandemic Workforce" at their annual Women's Forum: Innovations Powered by Women.
The commercial real estate industry will be at the helm of returning tenants to the office and reigniting economic activity after an especially challenging year. It’s more important than ever to have top talent in place across the industry to achieve this. With women dropping from the workforce in record numbers, the 2021 Women’s Forum took an important look at how the real estate community can stop this and support diverse talent looking to fuel the industry’s success.
