Louis Tuchman was a panelist at the Appraisers Association's Advanced Issues in Appraising series. Panelists provided a comprehensive presentation on several of the more complicated situations that appraisers face, such as appraising without obvious comparables, extrapolating between Fair Market Value and Retail Replacement Value and blockage.
