Biography
Edward is an associate in Herrick's Corporate Department in the Finance Group where he represents commercial and private banks, investment banks, finance companies and private equity funds in the structuring and negotiation of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including syndicated and single-bank loans, factoring, financing of commercial assets, asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and loan restructurings and workouts.
