Daniel Etna, co-chair of Herrick's Sports Law Group, participated in a panel discussion entitled "Approaches to Negotiation in Sports, Entertainment and Other Universes" at the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association's Annual Meeting.

Dan, along with fellow industry experts, discussed best negotiation practices. They covered common themes relating to negotiating, including preparation and research, emotional intelligence and communication skills, to long term and critical thinking.
