Barry Werbin was a speaker and moderator at EASL’s spring meeting focused on counseling clients on the use of trademarked and copyrighted works in media productions. Barry and other speakers covered various topics including use and licensing of photographs, art and trademarked building imagery in film and TV productions, researching ownership or control of copyrighted works of art and design and evaluating the time and expense needed to obtain rights and clearances.
