Biography
Ryan Forman is an associate in Herrick's Real Estate Department where he focuses his practice on a broad range of complex commercial real estate and real estate finance matters. Ryan represents owners, operators, investment funds and REITs in the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of multi-family, office, industrial, hotel and other types of real estate throughout New York and the United States. Ryan has experience on preferred equity investments and joint ventures for sponsors, members and capital partners for real estate projects throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Herrick, Ryan was of counsel at Hersko & Ehrenreich P.C. and previously an associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Rosenberg & Estis, P.C.
