Irwin Kishner, Dan Etna and Lonn Trost, COO and General Counsel of the New York Yankees, are working on the annual update of a chapter in a legal treatise titled "Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel" in sports law. The treatise is a joint project between Thomson Reuters Westlaw™ and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
