Olga Vinogradova, Counsel

Olga Vinogradova is counsel in Herrick’s Real Estate Department where she focuses her practice on real estate development and construction law. She has experience on a diverse range of projects, including large-scale ground-up construction, complex interior commercial real estate renovations and major building system upgrades. 

Olga counsels clients throughout the complete project life cycle, including drafting and negotiating construction management agreements, trade contracts, design agreements, consultant agreements and license agreements, assisting in contract administration, advising on risk mitigation, assisting with claims and facilitating project closeouts. 

Additionally, Olga has experience with construction related disputes, including breach of contract, indemnification, warranty, defective construction and design claims via litigation, arbitration, or mediation. She advises clients on and assists with the resolution of mechanics’ liens, insurance and bond claims.

Prior to joining Herrick, Olga was an associate at Troutman Pepper Locke LLP and previously established a private law office where she served as principal attorney.
