We've been at 2 Park Avenue for most of our history. Over the years, we've bought pieces of it, invested in it, sold pieces of it, and taken up more and more space in it. We're part of the fabric of this landmark Art Deco masterpiece.
You'll find us just a ten-minute walk south of Grand Central Terminal or east of Penn Station. If you don't want to enjoy the cherry trees on Park Avenue or the stroll past the Empire State Building (one block west), there's a subway station right outside our door. We've got a great French restaurant downstairs; one of New York's top steak places is right across the street; and a few of New York's best bars are around the corner. Want to shut out the world for a little while? The Morgan Library is whispering distance.
And speaking of the fabric of our building, we actually have some of the fabric of New York here. An original railing post from the Brooklyn Bridge. A figurehead from the cornice of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A banner from the 1939 World's Fair. Check out our artifact tour, and the next time you're in town, come see for yourself.
