AMDA Inc. – $80 Million Sale/Leaseback – NYC

Represented an affiliate of AMDA Inc., the American Musical and Dance Academy, in connection with an $80 million sale-leaseback transaction involving the Stratford Residences Property in New York City. The transaction included the sale of the property by Manhattan Stratford Arms to an affiliate of Hawkins Way Capital, together with a long-term leaseback enabling AMDA to continue operations at the student dormitory. The lease was structured so as to qualify as a leasehold condominium.
