Biography
Joe is an associate in Herrick's Corporate Department where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate governance, commercial finance and private fund formation and structuring on behalf of public and privately-held companies, investment fund sponsors, strategic investors and other clients across a variety of industries, including sports and entertainment.
Prior to joining Herrick, Joe was an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP where his experience included representing clients in complex public and private corporate transactions.
