Jason Goldstoff is an associate in Herrick’s Real Estate Department. Jason represents investors, developers, operators and financial institutions in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, financing and joint ventures involving commercial and multifamily properties in New York and throughout the United States. Jason was ranked one of New York City’s leading real estate lawyers by Super Lawyers in 2017.
