Biography
Jared Hotchkiss is an associate in Herrick’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal matters in state and federal court - at both the trial and appellate levels - including contract disputes, TCPA class actions, fiduciary duty and derivative claims, Lanham Act litigation, probate and real estate disputes.
Prior to joining Herrick, Jared was a litigation associate at Connell Foley LLP in their Commercial Litigation and White-Collar Criminal Defense practice groups. He is also a former Assistant District Attorney of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court to the Honorable Thomas K. Isenhour, J.S.C.
