Turk of America’s New York International Food Conference

Herrick hosted the Turk of America’s New York International Food Conference, which was held in conjunction with the Fancy Food Show 2014. The conference provided networking opportunities with international food buyers, wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, importers, exporters and sourcing agents. A panel discussion covered ethnic food market strategies, FDA import regulations, food branding issues and U.S. and Turkish food industry challenges and opportunities.
