Brandon Shirazi, Associate

Brandon Shirazi is an associate in Herrick’s Restructuring & Finance Litigation Department where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy and financial restructuring. He has experience handling disputes involving Chapter 11 proceedings, capital structure issues, breach of contract claims, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.

While in law school, Brandon served as a judicial intern in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. He was also a legal intern at Cerberus Capital Management.
