Biography
Amanda Romagnano is Herrick’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s human resources functions, including the development of strategy and programs that support firm operations.
Amanda has extensive experience in a wide range of human resources functions including compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations and talent development. She has worked at a variety of different organizations, including the Museum of Modern Art, Sotheby’s, Condé Nast, Schulte Roth & Zabel (now McDermott Will & Schulte) and the American Civil Liberties Union.
Amanda has a degree in Classics from New York University and professional certifications in Compensation and Project Management.
