Herrick hosted the Urban Land Institute's New York Young Leaders Group for a panel discussion about career growth in the real estate industry. The panel focused on the accomplished career paths of three ULI members with experience in real estate investing, development and the public sector. The discussion covered key career decisions and how each panelist earned leadership roles within - or founded - his or her firm.
